Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Great quality, I ordered up a size because usually the sleeves aren’t long enough on these types of buttons up, but I think I could’ve gone with a medium. I’m 5’5 138lb, 38B. The length was great on the sleeves, but overall it was too big. I ended up keeping it cuz I want to see if it shrinks in the wash.
