Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I love this stylish piece. Lovely colour, cozy and really comfy. I expected it to be shorter but still it’s great outdoors. Since Iam a short person, 163 cm, I ordered the smallest size XS. I usually also wear a XS. Still it’s more like a blanket with plenty of space underneath and feels super good. Arm length ist just right and there are big pockets and an easy zipper.

The material feels good and I like the style. But the arm length in the larger sizes doesn't scale up with the the other dimensions. So I would avoid this one if you are tall like me.
