Great as an overnight bag thanks to the side zip for easy access to my laptop, various other pockets and enough room for PJs and a change of clothes.
But of course great as a day hiking bag too.
I use it regularly for my 5 mile walk to the lake in which I take drinks, food for the local swans and ducks, my camera some foldable seats.
