The Baltic has been a community favorite for a long time, and with good reason. This season we are bringing you the new and improved Baltic, the perfect parka style jacket. With an upgrade in the fabric department, a new quilted lining, and the addition of an internal mesh back panel and vent for breathability, you will want this jacket with you on every adventure. You asked and we listened.

Specifications

  • Mid-weight insulated parka jacket made from recycled polyester. Mesh panel inside the back and a mesh vent under the hood for extra breathability. YKK zippers all over. The hood has internal adjusters. Concealed snap button placket. Fleece-lined pockets. Internal chest pocket. Dual entry front pockets with snap button fastening. Quilt lined. Adjustable cuffs. Branding on the sleeve. Recycled care label. Length: 82cm (size Medium). Reproof after washing to keep it water-resistant. Please use a PFC-free treatment.

  • Shell: 100% Recycled Polyester - water resistant with a "PFC-FREE" DWR water resistant coating. Lining: 100% Recycled Polyester. Insulation: Imitation down padding.

Care Guide

  • Machine wash on a cold cycle. Do not use biological detergent. Do not use bleach or softener. Do not iron or tumble dry. Wash separately. Wipe clean to remove areas of dirt. Hang dry when possible. Try to minimize washing to keep the water-resistant functionality.

    Loved it, but it was just too bulky for my round-the-world with just carry-on trip. Replaced it with the Downpour recycled jacket which is proving perfect so far.

    Poor zip fastening, too fiddly and didn't work so returned it and got refund which took too long get. Shame as seemed like a nice everyday lightweight parker, though bit pricey for the quality, hence only 2 stars.

    warm and weatherproof

    I didn't freeze in this parka even at -7°C and easterly wind - with a warm sweater underneath. I find it very pleasant that you still have room to move even when completely wrapped up with the zipper and hood.

    In addition, the colors are of course a real eye-catcher between all the colorful black and gray winter coats.
