Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Love it, love the Brand - and the design
The vest itself is great, very well made, good quality and no complaints whatsoever, would recommend to everyone. I bought the best and a shirt.
There is a bit of a disconnect with the size chart (maybe it’s me) but items are a lot bigger than suggested, I had to return the shirt unfortunately.
