How to measure
Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

This t-shirt has a higher neck that works perfectly to help protect from the sun when at the beach or outdoors in general. Nice fit and silky smooth material. The white also helps with keeping you cool on top of the breathability of the fabric.
