Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Pros - quality of material and construction is good
Cons - SIZING. I'm a female ("US" size 6) I checked the measurements and ordered what should've fit well on me. I like ordering men's sizes because of the baggier fit. This shirt felt like it could've fit a child lol I'm quite disappointed with the fit and the fact I paid $18CAD worth of duties which I did not realize.
