How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I moved recently to somewhere colder and realised I need a Proper Winter Coat. I wanted one that doesn't use duck down (poor loves). This coat arrived this morning after an overnight temp of 1 degree. It's sublime. Fits perfectly. I'm a size 16 and got the XL. Wore it out today immediately. Comes down to my ankles. The shoulders aren't constricting and the sleeves are long and draught-proof with the soft hidden cuffs. The side pockets are fleecy lined and deep enough to stop me losing any more gloves. Paradoxically it feels like a hug but is almost weightless. It's lush! The packaging is annoyance-free too - paper and biodegradable inner bag. Don't get me started on plastic packaging.

Lovely long, warm coat. Great quality, and such a nice colour. Unfortunately i had to return as it swamped me. Im usually a size 8-10, and have a large bust, i chose a size Medium, thinking it was a good size to be able to fit a jumper underneath. It was huge on me, i should of chose a small. It was a great length. Im 5ft 5 and it came a little above my ankle.
