Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

It’s the perfect weight for some simple day adventures. Good for some wind and light rain. It fits perfectly. I’m 6’0”, 190lbs and got the large. It’s good for just a T-shirt underneath or to layer up a little if needed.
