Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Got this for my boyfriend, who is usually a large and 6ft3, and he LOVES it. He did say it runs slightly small, but more so he likes it roomy and able to layer up. He does wear hoodies under it fine, so think that’s personal preference. But all in all, brilliant purchase.
