Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

This is a really nice and warm waterproof. The extra layer of insulation works well as its just got colder and i spent the day in the rain with absolutely no issues. Great waterproof jacket!

Got this to take snowboarding in January, already seems like a great jacket and the perfect fit for layering up in the cold (I'm a size 10 so it's a little big as expected for a mens jacket but I wanted it looser to move in). like the drawcord at the bottom to keep the snow out and the inside feels like nice. Lots of good pockets too!
