Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

This jacket is the bees knees. The fit is perfect, as I can comfortably layer a sweater underneath. I live on Vancouver Island, so I needed a winter jacket that was also water repellent. This was the answer! So far it has been keeping me warm during our rainy winter, and I anticipate the same when we get our minimal snowfall. The only downside is that the duties and shipping to Canada were too expensive for me to order again. I can tell this company cares about the quality of their clothes, but I just can't justify the extra cost. PLEASE help us Canadians out so we can order more items!

I've had the pow jacket since the beginning of the year and it's faultless. It's come on so many long distance trails and been pulled through bramble and come out the other side still looking great!
