Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Since I got this jacket I've hardly taken it off. It's so comfortable and warm and the big front pocket is so handy. The only downside is that an insulated jacket is a little too warm for milder weather, so now I want the fleece version!
