I'm usually an 8-10 on top and I ordered the small and medium. Small fit on the body but the sleeves were too short and it was really hard to get on and off. Medium did fit on the sleeves but too baggy on the body. I wear glasses and have curly hair - maybe overhead smocks are not designed for me (I had to remove my glasses and it messed up my hair when taking off and on). It's not for me but might suit someone else, eg. If you planned to wear it all day.

Have been looking for an insulated 1/2 zip for women that is reasonably priced and doesn’t have thumb slits (why must everything have them). The large is true to size for a US women’s 10-12.

I love the vibrant colours and the fact that it's warm without all the padding, like a hoodie but with the warmth and water resistance of a coat. The pocket on the front is huge. It's made from recycled products and a tree gets planted, bonus!! Will definitely order more products from Passenger.
