Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Was hoping for an everyday shirt but after wearing it less than 5 times and washing this twice it has try small holes in the corner pocket. First and last $40+ ($34 + $12 shipping to US) Tshirt I buy 😞

I really like the quality and the colours. Though I have to say it runs really really large. I'm usually wearing L and almost never got Tees that are this kind of big for me.
