Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Love the color, fabric, quilted style.... I am 5'5"/ 128 lb and the XS was huge on me. Not in an "oversized" way, just outright uncomfortably large way. So sad, because the quality of the item is wonderful and it is a very cozy and versatile jacket.

I love the feel of this jacket/sweatshirt! It is so comfortable and looks great with jeans and leggings. The fit is a bit large but it suits the style. I took it on a short trip and it was the perfect weight for the freezing airplane.
