Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I use this for biking in the rainy Danish weather and so far it’s great. Love the colours, love that it’s recycled, and love that it actually keeps me dry! I usually take an xl for a looser fit so sized up again to xxl with the thought that I will wear something warm underneath when winter comes.
