Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Got this on sale and couldn't be happier. The fit and material are great. I'm 6 ft 190 lbs and ordered size L. It's a tad snug with a hoodie underneath, but not too tight. Only thing I would like to have is a longer sleeve length, since I have long arms. I'll be wearing this one for many winters to come.
