How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I bought two of these T shirts for running, both are lovely design and comfortable/soft, unfortunatelly they bobbled after first wash, so I am not sure how long they will last.

I’ve bought this in two colours and am very happy with the purchase. The material is very soft and indeed technical - it’s great for hiking, running or mountain biking. The fit is very comfortable and flattering. I’m usually a size S and like my tops relaxed, and this is exactly right. Might even buy another colour as I just love them so much.
