Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I love this fleece, surpringly cozy, love the colours and the fact it has a big pocket that zips. Which are perfect for when I go on hikes and need easy access to small items. Only issue is the length. It fits, but as I'm 5ft8, I prefer a more relaxed fit as wear with leggings. I just found the length too short. Other than that it's perfect! Can't wait to buy more stuff. I'm a size 8/10 uk if that helps anyone.
