    NEW: Retention Marketing Manager

In this position you’ll play a key role in delivering this brand purpose in a direct and rewarding way, reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing.

    You’ll be responsible for marketing programs and activities that drive increased customer retention, supporting the brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels. You’ll track key customer and channel metrics and optimise our approach based on these insights.

    • Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Support the wider brand & marketing function with campaign execution.
    • Implement and optimise a retention funnel and after-sales strategy.
    • Own our email campaign strategies to drive customer retention, including dynamic content, lifecycle & winback triggers, aftersales logic and daily campaigns.
    • Manage the testing agenda for email including segmentation, messaging, frequency, send day / time, personalisation, etc.
    • Manage and execute regular B2B channel communications to increase activity and retention.
    • Monitor the competitive landscape to keep ahead of trends and opportunities.
    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Minimum 5 years demonstrable marketing experience.
    • Strong email marketing skills, including technical logic flows and dynamic personalisation. Klaviyo would be a big bonus.
    • Analytical, able to read and understand data effectively.
    • Productive self-starter, confident working to own initiative.
    • Experience working to targets, managing KPIs and delivering to deadlines.
    • Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm 5 days a week (Open to 4-day arrangement)
    • Location: Remote with monthly trips to the New Forest

    NEW: QA Technologist

    An exciting opportunity to join the Passenger journey. Passionate about escapism, connection and the wellbeing of ourselves and our environment, we are growing fast and are searching for the right people to join the product team. As the QA Tech you’ll play a key role in bringing the product to life. In conjunction with the design and production team, you will be responsible for delivering our men’s, women’s and accessories ranges to Passenger’s exacting standards.

    • Manage the product life-cycle from initial tech pack through to PP and bulk production
    • Oversee collation of comments ensuring that they conform to size and design specifications
    • Chase in protos, PP samples, components and trim cards to ensure they arrive on time
    • Manage bulk approval process via a well maintained fabric and components library
    • Conduct fit sessions to assess garment suitability and provide feedback to factories
    • Ensure all key dates are met by suppliers to avoid delays at production
    • Arrange weekly supplier liaison to monitor development progress and ensure objectives are met
    • Regular off site competitor analysis to ascertain market relevance and product suitability
    • Arrange factory QC checks to ascertain product suitability and consistency
    • Liaise with Customer Services to process product feedback and reduce return rates
    • Manage test reports in a timely manner and challenge quality issues as they arise
    • Work with factory tech teams to ensure products reach the standard required
    • Organise regular video calls to review factory performance and address issues
    • Provide weekly updates and prepare monthly reports for head of department
    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Skilled communicator, with a good grasp of common industry terminology
    • Experienced in dealing with factory managers, QCs and technologists
    • Quick thinker capable of taking decisive action as required
    • Experienced with Excel / G Suite or similar alternative software
    • Supremely knowledgeable with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role
    • Is energised by working in a busy environment
    • Responsible for your own performance and development
    • Discipline and deadline management is an absolute must
    • Confident self starter and ready to hit the ground running
    • Initial 6 month contract
    • Contracted hours dependent on individual circumstances

    • Salary: Commensurate with agreed hours

    NEW: Assistant Merchandiser

    Reporting to the Head of Trade you are responsible for helping ensure we have the right product, at the right time, at the right price. You will follow the product through its entire life cycle: Starting with coordinating purchase order creation, to proactively monitoring and trading stock in season. You will also take an active role in buying awesome third party brands.

    A commercial, agile and proactive team player. You are highly organised, analytical and a confident communicator with a passion for trading. You are ready to work in a fun, fast paced environment and be part of the tribe driving one of the UK’s fastest growing companies forward.

    • Purchase order coordination, building and reporting.
    • Take a lead role in preparing the weekly trade summary, reacting to the data and completing tasks to improve performance further, incl third party brands.
    • Support Head of Trade by updating MSSI & WSSI weekly.
    • Conducting comparative shopping reports to understand our product, price and service proposition vs key competitors
    • Partner with the Head of Trade and wider teams to create customer focused seasonal strategies, incl. lessons learnt, that drive profitable growth and efficiency
    • Ensure understanding of market landscape through use of price analysis tools, Google Analytics, Trends, market and customer insight
    • Research, onboarding and management of 3rd party suppliers
    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Experience at Merchandising Admin Assistant level
    • Experience at Assistant Merchandiser level preferable.
    • Good commercial judgment, reasoning and decision-making skills
    • Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
    • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships
    • Resilient and adaptable with the skills to manage change
    • Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri
    • Location: Remote with monthly trips to the New Forest
