I have been looking for this exact thing for years! We have regular sleeping bags that can be unzipped to be a 'normal blanket' - but as we travel with our van weight is not an issue, and sleeping bags are not that warm unzipped, so I always toke my sherpa blanket as well. Space however is an issue, so I can't be bringing lots of blankets at a time, each with different functions. So I always wondered why nobody made a mix of the two: a sherpa blanket that can be made into a sleeping bag, for when it gets to cold inside the van at night but can also be used as a regular blanket, because we love travelling to cold climates. Well, here it is!
Long story short: Passenger, you really know your customers. Kudos!

I love this blanket - it is sooooo cozy and packs away easily. I am unsure how fluffy the Sherpa will wash but for now it is super fluffy. I haven’t used it as a sleeping bag just yet but so far I am hooked
