Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

As a long time customer, I found the sizing to not be in line with what I expected/guesstimate from passenger and their sizing charts. Your mileage may vary, but as a tall person, the xl was WAY too big for me (xl in a fleece before has worked).
Returning but ordering both M and L to compare now tbh.
