Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

- Hang dry when possible.

A lovely shirt, it just isn’t a large, the arm length is significantly longer than other passenger large clothes. Size large probably fits an XL comfortably. I would buy a medium in this for a person normally a large
