Boondocker Recycled 26L Backpack - Ash Blue

The bag arrived quickly and was great quality and nice colours. It was just a bit too big for me for what I was wanting it for. I'm finding the refund process quite slow. I appreciate it's upfront about saying this could take up to 14 working days, but it's hard not to compare to places like M&S who have the money back in your account within two days of receiving it back. I do appreciate the difference in organisation/scale though so I don't want this to appear too harsh, but instead I hope it's useful feedback as so many customers become accustomed to this level of service. I continue to be a supporter of the company.

I really wanted to love this backpack. It looks great and the colour is lovely compared with more functional bags from brands like North Face. However, it lacks back support, and when I used it on a day trip with the kids, it dug into my back at funny angles and within a couple of hours my back hurt. This isn't the case when I load the same kit into my husband's North Face Jester backpack, which has a structured back to it. I guess if you put a laptop in the back, this acts as a sort of support, but I don't want to load it with a laptop. It's not a daypack for days with the kids, at least not for me. :(
