Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Got a medium sized Ontario jacket, wanted something snug for the winter which stretched over the trouser pockets. On receipt found no obvious loose threads of other damage on receipt.
So far found the jacket to be great, the outside pockets have plenty of space and a snug space behind for your hands. Only critique of the coat is a lack of interior pockets.

Fantastic value and a very warm comfortable coat. Made from recycled plastic bottles and a tree planted for every coat purchased. Hopefully other company’s will follow this example.
