Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Quality of jacket is good. Your size guide is wrong, I'm usually a large which is 42-44 this made me order your extra large. The jacket arrived and is to big. I also got caught to pay for the return.
